David and Monica Veláquez are raising money to pay for all of the expenses related to his memorial. They are close and personal friends of Norm.

The expenses include, venue rental, catering, flowers, security, printing of memorial materials, parking, and all related expenses. Any money left after the memorial will be given to his mother Penny Dove.
