Justin Stuckmann Flight For Rehab

We, Justin's parents are here to request help in transporting Justin to a facility for his long term neurological/muscular rehabilitation.
Justin was in a terrible motorcycle accident on July 30, 2016, in Minot, ND. He's been in Trinity Hospital with serious injuries, and has had multiple surgeries to date. He has been making remarkable progress and they are indicating that within the next week he will have to be moved from Trinity's trauma center to a long term acute facility for they do not provide long term care.
According to his surgeons - he will be in rehab for approximately 3 months - therefore we are looking into having him transported to a facility that provides exceptional care and having him close r to home and family support which is key to his recovery.
We have been told that insurance does not cover all the expenses and will only cover transportation to the closest facility which is still about 11 hours away from his family.
Though this is not easy for us to ask for help, Justin is our only son and we want him to receive the best of care while still being able to be there for him to provide support and encouragement for a full recovery. Carol, Justin's mother, will be making all withdrawals and getting the funds to Justin outside of GoFundMe.
