Hi everyone,

My name is Tracy and I’m reaching out with a heavy heart. My sweet dog, Shiloh has been my best friend, my comfort on the hardest days, and the most loyal companion I could ever ask for. Today, I’m asking for help to give him the chance to walk, run, and live comfortably again.

A year ago Shiloh needed ACL surgery on his other leg. It was an unexpected and overwhelming expense, but I did everything I could to make sure he got the care he needed. I was relieved when he began healing and hoped we were finally through the worst of it.

Unfortunately, life had other plans.

Just recently, Shiloh began showing signs of pain again in his other back leg. After vet visits, X-rays, and consultations, I learned that he now needs surgery on his remaining back leg. They warned me of this but didn’t expect it to happen so soon. Hearing that broke me—emotionally and financially. I’ve already drained my savings to cover the first surgery, and with times being tough right now, I simply can’t afford this second operation on my own.

The estimated cost for his surgery, medications, and follow-up care is $6400. an amount that feels impossible for me alone but life-changing for him. Without the surgery, he will continue to struggle in pain and lose mobility. With it, he has every chance to live a happy, active life again.
