Today a mother had to experience something no mother should never have to experience. Jami woke up to her daughter now an angel. She tried to revive her but unfortunately, she was already gone.
Ava was just 8 years old and suffered from many medical conditions, more than most of us will in a lifetime. She stayed many days and nights at Rainbows Babies and Children's Hospital throughout her lifetime. Despite her complicated medical conditions, she was a happy girl, always laughing and smiling.
Jami is a wonderful mother that has done an amazing job juggling the life of having a special needs daughter, that required a lot of time devoted to her care, but also managing to take care of her other children. Honestly, I really don't know how she has done it, but she has. She is probably the strongest woman that I have ever known. She now has to defeat a mothers worst nightmare and plan her angel daughters funeral.
