Thank you for your consideration in supporting me, Chef James Olberg and CCFCC Bocuse d'Or Canada Team 2017 at the next Bocuse d'Or. I am very proud and honoured to have been selected to represent the Canadian Culinary Federation (CCFCC) and Canada at the 2017 Bocuse d'Or in Lyon. For me, it is a 20 year dream and a passion that has burned inside me throughout those years.
It is such an honour and privilege to represent the CCFCC and our country, and compete amongst the top 23 Chefs from around the world. Until the competition in January 2017, I will be training with my commis, Navjeet Singh and Chef Trevor Ritchie, CCC, my official Coach, along with Canada' s top Chef advisors and support members to create and master my meat platter and fish plate.
Such training is not possible without the support and financial contributions of friends and partners. We are still seeking support, which is why I launched this page. I am hoping you might consider supporting Team 2017 and our efforts to share the best of Canadian cuisine and our authentic Canadian products with the world, on the world stage.
Your support would help us to increase practice opportunities and training, purchase serving platter and liners (silver and custom made), custom tool purchases and equipment, and paraphernalia to promote and showcase Canada while in Lyon.
