Brandon's Medical Fund

My name is Karen Foster . I am Brandon Ostrander's mother. I have decided to start a GoFund me account to help Brandon with his medical and regular bills. Brandon's a hard worker and has two jobs. Even though he has been sick for a month he continued to work every day. He was admitted to the hospital on Oct 11th 2016. He had surgery on October 14, 2016. The state cancelled Brandon's health insurance as of Oct 1, 2016 without any prior notice. Not only is the hospital stay self pay , any medications and follow up doctor appointments will be out of pocket.. He has to continue the strong antibiotics he has been on in the hospital and without insurance it will cost $150.00. Plus he still has to pay out of pocket for his diabetes medicine and pump supplies. The doctor says he will be out of work for at least three weeks. No income will be expected from work. He is filing for NY disability which has to wait after he is out for a week . He is working on getting his insurance reinstated. He almost denied the surgery because he didn't want to miss work. Please help Brandon .
