Our little brother Ned Russell passed away suddenly on August 15, 2016. He was a Husband, Father, Son, Brother, Uncle, Friend, and Coach. His Dream was do build a baseball field that he could call his own. Ned's field currently has 2 batting cages and a graded field area. Our goal is to finish building his field of dreams. Any donations receieved will be put towards sprinklers, aggregate clay, grass out field, lights, turf for batting cages, and labor to build the field. Ned's goal was "... to create good humans by teaching the fundametnals of baseball, which in turn parallel the fundamentals of life. We are looking to help these young athletes become responsible individuals with integrity and respect for their community and the game of baseball." Our hope is that this field will contintue to keep Ned's legacy alive, as well as being a home for future generations to play the game Ned loved. Ned's wife and children, Christine Madelyn and Matthew, along with his family and friends want to dedicate this field to his memory. Being able to complete Ned's field of dreams would mean the world to all the people that were touched by him.
