The John Woltz Family / FTD disease

I am Brent Andrews from Oildale CA. I am raising money for long time friend, coworker,  classmate, teammate JOHN WOLTZ. John was in the class of 1987 North High School and was on the co champion football team of the same year. John is suffering from FTD disease        ( Frontotemporal dementia) and has not been working for some time. We all know how bills can pile up and the consequences of not paying some bills. John and his family are in need our help ASAP. If you can afford to donate any funds I will personally make sure that John Woltz and his family receive these funds. So if you knew John from school, work,football, or rugby  or just in passing please help out as much as possible. This means a lot to me because I knew John from school, football, rugby and work. John and his family are in a time of need and we need to come together and help a brother out. All funds will be withdrawn by his wife Shelli Woltz
