Steve Manzo Sr. Memorial Fund

Hello All,

My name is Lou Manzo and I have created this memorial fund for my brother Steve Manzo Sr.

As most of you know Steve passed away Friday morning, August 20, 2021 @10:38 at the age of 51. We are setting up this Gofundme page in honor of my brother to cover any unpaid medical expenses, funeral arrangements, immediate financial needs, and future educational funds for Steve’s children.

The Manzo family is extremely grateful and thankful for all the tremendous amount of loving support from our family and friends as well as all of Steve's friends during this difficult time. Steve would truly be humbled by the huge outpouring of support, phone calls, texts, emails, food being dropped off, etc.... Steve was a loving son, father, uncle, godfather, brother, cousin, friend and most well known as an Alameda legend. Born in 1970, Steve was raised in Alameda and never left. He will be best remembered for his great smile and charming personality, playful sense of humor, and athletic talents.

Once again, thank you for all your continued support and donations to this fund. With the unexpected passing of Steve, this is something we may never get over, but together we will get through this hard time. Let us all continue to support one another as a family, friends and a community. Love you all!

Cathy Morales is the beneficiary to this GoFundMe. As all of you know , Cathy is the ex-wife of Steve and mother of their four children. Cathy and my sister Laurie were instrumental from beginning to end in the planning and coordination of Steve's care and memorial services. As I mentioned above, all funds will be provided for the needs of the family.
