On Thursday morning, The Lockwood family experienced the unthinkable when their family home of 20+ years caught fire. In a matter of moments, everything they knew and loved was gone. Four members of our family were able to make it out safely, and for that we are beyond grateful. But they escaped with nothing except the clothes on their backs.

This devastating fire took everything their home, personal belongings, furniture, memories, important documents, and the sense of security that comes with having a place to call home. Years of hard work and a lifetime of memories were lost in one tragic morning.

To make this tragedy even more heartbreaking, we still have not been able to locate our beloved cat. In the chaos of the fire, he went missing, and we are holding onto hope that he is safe and will be found soon. Our family is devastated not knowing where he is and praying for his safe return.

Right now, our family is trying to process this heartbreaking loss while also figuring out how to rebuild from the ground up. They are in immediate need of basic necessities such as clothing, shoes, toiletries, food, temporary housing, and everyday essentials. The emotional toll has been overwhelming, but we are staying strong and thankful that everyone made it out alive.
