With a heavy heart, I am asking for your help to help fund my sister Roma’s Funeral Services.
Roma lost her battle to Stage 4 Breast Cancer on Monday, October 10, 2016 at 7:38 pm in the comfort of hospice home care, surrounded by family and friends.
Roma began her fight in January 2016. She spent the past 10 months under the care of oncologists, nurses, and a handful of doctors. Roma underwent 7 cycles of chemotherapy and 28 sessions of radiation therapy. During her treatment, Roma tolerated severe pain and numerous tests with the hopes of possibly having a mastectomy. Sadly, no treatment could have reversed my sister’s condition and her heart decided to stop beating.
Although it has been very hard to let her go… our family has surrendered my sister’s soul to our good Lord in Heaven. Roma is now in great hands, pain-free, and cancer-free.
Anyone who knew my sister Roma knows that she was a very generous and selfless person and would help anyone who needed it, especially when it came to her parents. Money raised from this campaign will cover most of Roma’s funeral expenses and any additional funds will be used at the discretion of our parents, Roman and Emma, who have spent the past 10 months caring for Roma 24/7. I would greatly appreciate it if you can spread the word and share this campaign.
