Last night, we lost a great man — Tim Slagowski. A devoted husband, loving father, proud grandfather, loyal brother, and cherished uncle, and friend. Tim was the heart of his family and a true servant to his community.

A proud veteran of the United States Air Force, Tim continued a lifetime of service as a volunteer firefighter for over 30 years — 20 of those years spent as Fire Chief, leading side by side with his beloved sons. His commitment to protecting and serving others defined much of his life and left a legacy of courage, integrity, and selflessness.

In retirement, Tim’s life insurance was allowed to lapse. As the family faces this unexpected and heartbreaking loss, donations in lieu of flowers would be deeply appreciated. Your support will help ease the financial burden and allow his family to honor Tim’s life and legacy in the way he truly deserves.
