I've never asked anyone on my Facebook for money or to donate, like or share anything but this past weekend hurricane Matthew ripped apart the life of one of my best friends and his girlfriend. My friend Sam who is one of the hardest working people I know and his wonderful girlfriend Lynzee have lost everything. Sam is the type of guy who would not ask for help but the type who would give help to anyone who was in need. He's the type of guy who brings a smile to anyone he encounters and has personally helped me to grow in ways I can't even put into words. About 3 months ago I was able to visit Sammy and Lynzee in their new house and I couldn't be prouder of how hard they worked to make it a real home. It was beautiful and it was theirs and I couldn't have been happier for them as they started their life together. This weekend everything they worked for was taken from them. Even in the face of devistation they have not lost what makes them amazing people and I'm so thankful that no storm could take that but unfortunately for them the flooding destroyed their home and all the things they have worked their asses off to be able to have. I'm asking my friends, I know we all struggle and don't have a lot but imagine all the materials that you care about are ripped away. Imagine having to completely start over with no help from insurance. I'm asking my friends to help, even if it's a dollar or 5 or 10 or whatever you can afford. These beautiful people need our help to rebuild their life. Whatever you can do would mean the absolute world to me because these people mean the absolute world to me. Thank you.

All funds raised will help Sammy and Lynzee rebuild their home from the little things like picture frames of their families to the big things like their appliances. Every little bit will help and again I will be forever grateful for those who can, for whatever you can.
