Hi, my name is Chris Carter and I am a rising junior in the Mason Life Program (masonlife.gmu.edu) at George Mason University, Fairfax Virginia. I need donations to help pay my tuition, books, & dorm fees. The Mason LIFE Program is an innovative post-secondary program for young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities who desire a university experience in a supportive academic environment. This program cost is 44K annually, and does not qualify for financial aid; the only funding available is the Pell Grant.
The funds from the Pell Grant, my parents and scholarships will cover most of my cost, but I'm still short 10K. I have enjoyed being in the Mason Life Program and want to finish my dream of complete college.
I'm asking 500 people to make a small donation of $10 and for you asked 1 of your friends to do the same to reach 1000 people, I know I can make my goal in 10 days, July 6th.

I completed an internship in US Congress on Capitol Hill and receive the “Outstanding Fitness Award”
