Greenville NC - Tar River Relief

My name is Moses Perez and I am Pastor of Iglesia Pentecostal Unida. I live here in Greenville, NC. As most of you know, Hurricane Mathew dumped loads and loads of rainfall all over North Carolina. Much of this water is draining back to some of our major rivers; Tar River being one of the three main ones. Normal levels for this river is around 7ft. We are expecting this river to crest at around 27-28ft. Many of our church families live near this river. And because of this, mandatory evacuation was initiated by our city officials. Some of our people only had 45mins to pack their pertinent items. Some residents lost their cars to heavily damaged roads. Many of their homes have already received several feet of water. Right now the major needs we have is housing repairs and caring for our displaced church / community members. Please consider giving to this urgent cause.
