Trooper Davis Support to Recovery
Donation protected
Early Saturday morning my partner was involved in a crash that resulted in severe injuries to both parties involved. My partner, Constance Davis, a 25-year-old driven, compassionate, and giving person suffered the injuries in the commission of her job with the Maryland State Police. While her medical expenses will be covered by MSP and medical insurance, there are many other expenses that will not be covered such as the time and care of the family and friends that will miss work to provide Constance with the care she needs, and replacement of personal items from her vehicle.
As many people know, we work long hours and require many kinds of specialized equipment, changes of clothes, extra boots, phones, chargers, etc. All items that are purchased at our own expense. This has been a traumatic experience and my goal is to take the financial burden of this experience off of her plate.
As we all try to heal from this ordeal, I humbly ask you to open your hearts as Constance has done for our community.
Many people may remember the photo of the troopers who helped shovel the driveway of the 78-year old man who needed a prescription filled in the January snow storm. Constance was one of the troopers who shoveled hand over hand to help this man.
If you have gone by the Maryland State Police booth at the Charles County Fair either last year or this year, you have had the pleasure of meeting Trooper Davis.

As her partner, I know that behind the badge, Constance is a funny, charismatic, genuine person. Given the chance, she would do the same for me.
