I am raising money to help Jake meet his medical and living obligations. Jake has been off work since July on short-term disability. Jake injured his back and, in typical Jake fashion, pushed through the pain and continued to work, causing further damage to his spine. He recently had back surgery where they performed a discectomy and laminectomy to relieve the pressure on his nerves caused by the ruptured disc and the herniated disc in his L5-S3. Jake will not be able to return to work until mid-March and has depleted his savings. Jake and his family would greatly appreciate any help you may provide.
