Yolanda Lopez home care fundraiser

As you may be aware, artist, activist, cultural bearer and mother Yolanda Lopez has cancer and is in hospice–transitioning from this earth to her next experience. Her work and legacy has centered on the fundamental values to Educate, Mentor, and Protect. Now in her final moments, she encourages us to write, create, and be tenacious with our truths, because so much depends on it.

Yolanda has a committed team scheduled each day and some professional medical care through the night and morning. However, this next phase of her transition requires professional medical care that extends throughout the entire day and around the clock.

The goal is to raise $15,000 to cover 2 weeks of care. Your support will be meaningful and essential for her care and greatly appreciated by Yolanda's son Rio Yanez.
