Hi everyone, My name is Lizbeth, and cooking has always been the way I show love. For 15 years now, I’ve lived in a small two bedroom apartment. It has been home, and I’m grateful for it but space is limited, storage is difficult, and the conditions make it hard to safely grow what I know in my heart I’m meant to do. I am known in my neighborhood, friends & family for my delicious cooking. My food critics always tell me I should be selling my food because of how unique and delicious my recipes are. Cooking brings me peace and joy in my heart and soul. Sadly I can’t expand anymore, I don’t have the proper space to store ingredients or supplies safely, I don’t have extra storage there’s no room to grow.

My dream is simple but life-changing: I want to purchase a small home with a backyard where I can build a legal backyard kitchen. A place where I can safely prepare food, share my uniquely prepared recipes, and serve the communities bellies with love. Making this place especially special where my children can see their mom build something from nothing. This isn’t about opening a huge restaurant. It’s about building stability, creating a home and inspiring our kids to NEVER give up on your dreams that you should always have faith and never lose hope! From 15 years of apartment living and going into a fresh new start where I will be cooking freely, safely and happily to bring the community together; a homemade meal in a home like atmosphere…

The funds raised will go toward: • A down payment for a modest home with a backyard • Permits and licensing to operate legally • Safe food storage equipment • Outdoor kitchen setup • Initial supplies and ingredients
