Ken & Lesli Car Accident

My dad and his long term girlfriend were in a car accident Sunday night in Laramie, Wyoming. They were headed home after working on their trailer they bought in Saratoga. I am choosing not to say what happened, but both cars are totalled. After 2 hospital transfers, my dad has suffered head injuries, several rib fractures, and a right hip surgery with plates and screws. His girlfriend also suffered head injuries, rib fractures, and both leg upper and lower fractures also resulting in surgery.
Both of them are very active people. They both have enjoyed hiking, camping, and fishing together. My dad is also an avid hunter for several, several years. Because of their injuries, they will not be able to enjoy the things that make them most happy for a long time, or at least, not in the capacity they used to.
Because this is is a "2-in-1" duo, that means double the medical expenses, double the time off work, and double the pain and suffering. Spending 5 days in a hospital, then a a week or so in a rehabilitation facility, then the amount of time to fully rehabilitate to return to activities of daily living. Everything donated will go towards helping with monthly bills and incurred medical expenses. Thank you for considering donating for my family.
