In Memory of Rylann Celeste Witte
Donación protegida
On Tuesday, October 4, 2016 at 9:03 pm, after fourteen hard hours of labor, two of which she spent actively pushing, while friends and family from as far away as California waited in anticipation for the is blessed moment, Rylann Celeste Witte was born weighing 7lbs. 12oz. Finally, Kyle and Jennifer Witte were the proud parents of a precious baby girl, after suffering through three miscarriages since 2015.
Within seconds it was apparent that something was horribly wrong. Kyle and Jenn watched in complete desperation as the medical staff attempted to resuscitate precious Rylann Celeste Witte with all the means available at their disposal. At 9:33 pm the heartbreaking decision was made to stop all life support. Rylann, having never taken a breath on her own or a heartbeat outside of her mother’s womb, passed away with Kyle and Jenn by her side.
This past Friday, October 7, 2016, the family laid to rest their precious angel, Rylann Celeste Witte, in a small private service. In the weeks to come, this young couple will struggle with trying to move on while facing an unknown financial burden of lost income, medical and funeral expenses. What was supposed to be the most joyous time in their lives, has turned into a living nightmare.
This is why we are asking for your help. Your donation will help displace a portion of the yet undetermined amount of debt for medical, funeral and other living expenses. Jenn works with children – she is a gymnastics coach for Legacy All Sports in Lexington, Kentucky. Kyle served honorably for five years with the Kentucky Army National Guard, and is now currently employed with Owen County EMS and Winchester Fire as an Emergency Medical Technician, with aspirations of achieving Paramedic status in the future.
It is Kyle and Jenn’s desire that you know that any donations which remain, after all the expenses related to Rylann birth and passing are paid, will be held in escrow to either establish a foundation to help fund research to prevent tragic birth outcomes for other families, or donated to a foundation that will support other families experiencing such tragedy. It is this young couples desire, that no one should have to endure such suffering and pain!
We would like thank all of you for taking a moment to learn of the impact sweet baby Rylann has had on the world for the short time she was with us. Your thoughts, prayers and support are a blessing, and on behalf of Kyle and Jenn, THANK YOU!
