I am starting this GoFundMe campaign to fund the purchase of bracelets that will be customized in memory of Chase Steinberg for his friends and family. We will also be using this for his memorial that will be held at John Prince Park in Lake worth Fl Sunday May 1, 2016 from 5-10pm.

Chase lost his battle with addiction but his memory lives on. He touched so many lives in his short time here on earth and was a great friend, brother, and son. By remembering his name, raising  awareness, and reaching out to others we can turn this tragedy into a tool to spread hope, love, and the memory of our friend Chase. We loved him so much, but god loved him more.
