It is truly a heartbreaking experience to announce the passing of my brother Lucious Brown. "Big Lou" was a remarkable individual who influenced, impacted and transformed many lives over several decades. Big Lou was known for his laid back demeanor and always brought positive energy to any situation. Standing 6'9" in stature, Lou was considered a gentle giant to all he encountered. Lou loved his family, his community, and assisting families in need. Big Lou's commitment was evident as he worked tirelessly and endlessly to provide resources for the community he dearly loved.

Big Lou was the founder of Club Venim and trained young athletes. His comprehensive message throughout his coaching career was,"Each One Reach One and Teach One" Utilize sport (the game he loved, Basketball) as a tool to enhance your life. Big Lou's impact to this world is inconceivable and unattainable. Big Lou played world wide, in numerous countries, touching kids all across the globe from all cultures and ethnicities. He fulfilled his calling, NO DOUBT, NO QUESTION!!
