Wednesday night a ~2 year old Chihuahua AKA "Martini" was thrown out of a moving car in front of my house in Philly. From the looks of it he has had a tough life. He is severely underweight, missing a few teeth, and has a protruding eye ball. After I caught him, I took him to the doggy ER and they said that the eye needs to be removed but with some love and caring he will make a full (one eyed) recovery. It looks like he can get the surgery for between $800 and $1,200.  Hoping to raise some funds to offset the hit to my wallet.  Any money received that is in excess of the final cost of the surgery will be given as a donation to the shelter that Martini ends up at.
