My best friend since high school was just diagnosed with a rare aggressive lung cancer last week. (small cell carcinoma) She has spent her whole life taking care of other people and lost her job back in 2010 while nursing her dying mother. She had been ill herself for many years but unable to work or obtain health insurance.
Teresa is a beautiful person inside and out and unfortunately this cancer is incurable. She has a mass on her right lung approximently 5-6 cm in size. Also found spots on both kidneys and also in left lung. (waiting on PET scan for a better idea on her prognosis)
Please help if you can, we just don't want her to stress over medical bills or every day expenses during this difficult time. Any donations will be GREATLY appreciated no matter how big or small.
