I’ve set up this GoFundMe for my dear friend and her family, who are going through an incredibly difficult time.

We’re hoping to raise funds to help with funeral costs, so we can give Scott the send-off he truly deserves.

Scott’s journey hasn’t always been easy, after losing his beloved mum in his late teens, life took a tough turn. But over the past few years, he completely turned things around. He was deeply loved by those closest to him, and his loss has left a huge hole in so many hearts.

Out of everyone who will miss him, his son Callum and his nieces Sofia, Darcey, and Willow will feel the absence of his presence in ways words could never express.

Scott had a love for the outdoors, especially gardening. He had a real talent and passion for it, helping friends, family, and neighbours around Bottesford care for their gardens. It was his therapy, his joy, and something he was truly brilliant at.

He was always the first to offer help, but rarely the one to ask for it.

Scott was especially excited about taking his son Callum on their first holiday abroad together, a trip that was just around the corner. That holiday will now be a time for his loved ones to reflect, remember, and celebrate the beautiful memories they shared.

Scott was diagnosed with epilepsy three years ago and tragically passed away on 1st July at just 37 years old.

Rest easy, Scott. We take comfort knowing you’re back in the arms of your mum, where you’ve always longed to be.
