Funeral Expenses for beautiful MOM

Our beautiful Mother, Grandmother, sister, & friend was tragically taken from us unexpectedly & far too early.  While trying to make some sort of sense of the cruel & senseless acts that robbed us of our angel on earth, we are grieving & feeling lost & hopeless.  The funeral expenses are adding up quickly with no insurance or survivor benefits to help.
Any donation, no matter what size, is greatly appreciated & a story about what she meant to you is always welcomed!
In reading all of the heart warming comments on FaceBook about Mom, many from people we never knew (coworkers/patients), it has become clear that she touched so many more lives than just ours. She truly was an angel who was put on this earth to care for people & that's all she wanted to do!
These comments have helped to reiterate to us how important the noble profession of nursing is and we want to be able to assist other caring people in becoming nurses.
Anything raised over the cost of the funeral services will be used to start the Kathy Rodman Memorial Nursing Scholarship Fund.  I hope to honor my Mom's legacy of caregiving by helping other deserving "angels on earth" to get into & pay for nursing school.
