For Our Beautiful Nikki

Nicole Zacharuk is the definition of a beautiful deserving woman. Born and raised in Gibbons, Ab, this single mother of 2 children has now battled breast Cancer for the 2nd time in 4 years. She is currently done chemo and has had her surgery to both remove and replace the 2nd breast. Nicole is a fighter but her fight is far from over. She finds herself continually fighting to be a mother, friend, sister, and daughter with an incurable disease. Due to on going battles this young mother faces, she is in need of some financial assistance to continue to spend time with her children and fight whatever is thrown her way today and every day moving forward.
Nikki lives in one of the most caring and helpful towns in this country, so what better way then to involve our entire community, for one of our own, for an entire day? On Nov 12,  We will involve many businesses around the community for an entire 24 hours in a fundraising campaign for Nikki. So far, Mainstreet Bar & Grill has stepped up to be the hub for this fundraiser as well as to host many activities during the day. The Gibbons Hotel has also been grateful enough to hold the after party with live music and entertainment. All the Details Salon will be donating a portion of their services that day to Nicole.

All of this is happening in the town of Gibbons on Nov 12th, however we know many can not make it  That is why we have set up this page for anyone wishing to help in any monetary way. You contribution will help pay for new medication that is not covered by Nicoles plan. It will also assist as  relief of numerous payments piling up from a woman not able to work as much as she wants or requires as a single momma. Your contribution will be added to the final tally on Nov 12th. As a community, lets do all we can to help this amazing woman eliminate some medical bills, pay for her new medication and enjoy every second she can with her children, family and friends.
