Help Save Sophia

Sophia is our 3 year old Boston Terrier, and she is the sweetest little girl you will ever meet. Thanksgiving night as we were enjoying our dinner, she slipped out the back door, and got hit by a car at 55 mph. The car did not stop, and we rushed her to the nearest emergency vet. She has a serious broken back leg, and a broken shoulder. The surgery to save her is near $5000, Any help financial help is appreciated . We love our girl, and would do anything to save her.
