An Idea is Born
Our goal is simple~To be a sustainable and perpetual free community medical clinic which provides quality integrated healthcare and TRULY FREE basic medical services to the uninsured and underinsured people residing in our very own community!
When a low income family is unable to pay for medical treatment, our clinic provides a safety net for them. We started from ground zero, researching strategies which would help us deliver healthcare that fulfills the unmet medical needs of our community members. We will access resources from healthcare professionals, students and healthcare volunteers in our efforts to build bridges to healthcare barriers within our Phoenix community.
MISSION STATEMENT
To provide TRULY FREE medical, dental, vision, behavioral, and preventative healthcare that meets the basic needs of underinsured and uninsured individuals and families in an environment and manner that protects and maintains a high level of dignity and respect for the diverse people we serve.
VISION STATEMENT
As the Cultural Cup continues after 16 years in operation, feeding the critically impoverished Phoenix-metro residents, we gather people together from all walks of life to bring free healthcare and healing to the most vulnerable populations living among us.
What We Need
Start up costs to complete all necessary repairs and renovations to the building, and start up seed money to open the clinic!
