Forrest Nearing was my best friend.  I knew him since the age of 5, and spent almost every day at his house for probably a decade. I loved him like he was a member of my own family, but unfortunately he passed unexpectedly on 8/30/2016.   He leaves behind his lovely wife, Brittani, and a beautiful 6 month old daughter, Anabelle.

In Forrest’s honor, some friends and I wanted to create a Go Fund Me page for his wife and daughter.  Family, extended family, friends, friends of friends have been asking how they can help, and we thought this would be the best way to show support and compassion at this time.

It was easy to be friends with Forrest.  He was honest, loyal, never met a stranger, and couldn't say no when it came to helping others.  Our goal here is to simply raise funds with hopes of making this already tragic time a little less difficult, and hopefully start a college fund for baby Anabelle.
