On October 1 , 2016 Tanisha M. Matthews (27) of Cleveland, Ohio was struck by a drunk driver whom was also under the influence of drugs as she was helping change her car tire on the side of the highway on I-480. She passed away from her injuries. Tanisha was the mother of two girls ages 2 and 7. She will be missed dearly. The money will be used toward her funeral expenses.
