On February 15, my sister, Carrie Little, was in a car accident. She suffered a severe laceration to her liver and suffered a significant amount of blood loss. She had seven surgeries over the last week. The trauma her body experienced and the blood loss caused swelling to her brain. The injuries and trauma were too much and on Februrary 24, Carrie lost the battle and was taken off life support. Carrie leaves behind a daughter (20) and two sons (7)(19). The battle continues for them as Carrie did not have life insurance. Our goal is to lessen the burden for Carrie's adult children and help cover her funeral expenses. We are extremely grateful for prayers and support that everyone has shown our family in the difficult time.
