Megan Bombeck

Hi, my name is Joan, Megans mom. Megan had major surgery in February, hiatel hernia repair, remove gall bladder and gastro stimulator. Megan had been in pain and had flair ups for years and it has taken years to diagnose this. Since surgery she has been to the emergency room on a couple of occasions, I took her last week for a scope. She was NPO for 12 hours and the MD said the stimulator is not working or it needs to be reset because there was food up to her esophagus, which they had to push during the procedure and her stomach had solid food in it, there should not have been any food. Soooo, in the last month +, she's been vomiting most days and not holding anything down. She does not get a good night's sleep. Her solace is soaking in a hot tub for hours. She's lost too much weight. She has an appointment with the surgeon next week, but may again go to the ER tomorrow as she had been sick for the last 3 days. She was planning her first day of work again tomorrow but that won't happen and we aren't sure when she can go back to work. Medical bills continue. missing an income is difficult! Megan, Brad, and Layla could use a little help. Thank you!
