Beloved daughter of Rachael Swan and Bruno Dann has passed away suddenly. Jamie Dann partner of Damien King has left behind 5 beautiful young children. Funds raised will help assist with funeral cost and the return home of Jamie's grieving partner and children. For those who were fortunate enough to meet Jamie knew her as a bright, bubbly and giving woman. Her love extended not only to her children and family but to anyone in need.
