Twix Wants to Run Again

Twix could use your help. Twix is a very special border collie that belongs to my friend, Pamela Johnson, and is her pride and joy. He recently had an accident that resulted in a herniated disc, immobilizing his hind end. He had emergency surgery and, thankfully, he is expected to recover well in time (6 months to a year), with the necessary ongoing physical therapy. The medical costs have already added up to $11,000, and continue during his rehabilitation. For any of you who do not know Pam, she has devoted many years to positive reinforcement dog training, and has shared hundreds, probably thousands of free instructional videos on her YouTube channel, Pam’s Dog Academy. She and Twix have been an inspiration to me and so many others as we strive to have the best possible relationship with our dogs through training, tricks, canine freestyle and dog sports. This is an opportunity to give back in a time of need.
