David Kinney's Medical Fund

Donation protected

Earlier this week my uncle, David Kinney, suffered a brain aneurysm. Thanks to the bravery and quick thinking of his daughters who called 911 he was rushed from Lincolnville to Waldo County General Hospital, but then needed to be LifeFlighted to Maine Medical Center.

He's been getting better day by day, but still has a long way to go. This means that my aunt, Michelle Brown-Kinney, will need to stay in Portland for at least the next couple weeks to be by his side in the hospital. Lincolnville to Portland isn't exactly an easy commute (for those of you from away, it's about a 2 hour drive each way) so she's been staying in a hotel near the hospital. A cost that's been compounding daily.

Whatever you donate will be used to help Michelle stay with Dave in Portland and help defray his rising medical bills.

If you're unable to donate monetarily please consider donating meals to take the burden off Michelle's parents as they take care of the girls.

Here is a link to their Meal Train page.

I would be so grateful for whatever help you could give and I know Michelle, David, and the girls would feel the same way.
