Help Kimberly Klein Rebuild

Wednesday evening, my cousin Kim experienced a devastating fire that began in the garage of her building. Thankfully, no one was injured. Unfortunately, they were unable to salvage much due to water and smoke damage. She just recently moved in, and has now lost almost everything she owns.

Although she has insurance, it will take a while to be compensated, and she has immediate needs. She will also need to look for a new place to live, as it appears that the building will not be reparable.

Additionally, Kim is a breast cancer survivor who just last week underwent a procedure due to a reoccurrence scare. While thankfully the results were negative and she is healthy at this time, there is ongoing concern of reoccurrence.

Between her health issues, and this devastating loss, she is struggling with missed work and lost wages. I’m very concerned about the stress this situation will put on her body, and would love to take the burden of finances off her her shoulders as much as possible.

Kim is an Intervention Specialist at a local private school, and has one of the biggest hearts of anyone I know. I would love to lift her up as she has done for so many throughout her life.

Anything she receives would be put towards securing and furnishing a new home, as well as immediate needs such as food, clothing, hygiene items, ect. needed to get her back on her feet and to provide a buffer for any work she may have to miss as she resolves these issues.
