Memorial Fund for Jacob Setzer

I am Katie Setzer. On the date August 4th my brother lost his life due to depression.  We are raising money for a Memorial. It would be something we can contribute to the community. He really wanted a fence around the dog park because of his love for his dog Walter. He couldn't take Walter because they didn't have a fenced in area. If we have any other funds left over we would also like to donate a bench at the dog park too. Jacob had a love for all life and loved his dog like it was his own child, we feel this would mean a lot to him.
