I am currently a Miss New York USA 2017 delegate and I could not be more excited. This is an opportunity to network and grow as a person. I will have the opportunity to meet other strong confident women, and represent this amazing state. I have always been a natural leader who believes in the importance of empowering today's women. This journey is something we have all imagined once or twice in our lifetime. However, this time I am making it reality. The older I get the more I realize that you need to put yourself out there and go after your dreams. In the end, you have nothing to lose but everything to gain.
