Running for 'One Refugee Child'
Donation protected
Hello friends :)
On May 8th, January Jones-Omotajo and I are running a half marathon (13.1 miles) and hoping to raise funds for (and awareness of) a fantasic charity called 'One Refugee Child'. I would greatly appreciate your support in reaching our target by sponsoring us and donating any amount you can (no matter how small) to this very worthly cause.
"One Refugee Child raises funds to improve the day-to-day lives of refugee children. We believe in pragmatism. We believe in simplicity. We believe in initiating specific projects that reflect changing needs and conditions on the ground. Most importantly, we believe in bringing comfort to children in crisis."
One refugee child was founded by a group of professional women (two of whom are very dear friends of mine) who also happen to be mums. They believe that, regardless of political and religious affiliation "no child should be robbed of the innocence and joy of those few precious years of childhood". They have applied their skills and networks, acquired through their careers, to see how far they can go to help refugee children on the other side of the world. This is a purely humanitarian endeavor and one that we are honoured to support.
More information on their work can be found on:

Thank you so much for you support!!
