BJ Riggs Shop Fire Fund
Donation protected
On Tuesday, April 26th, the Riggs family suffered a tragic and significant loss to their livelihood when their place of business burned to the ground. Unfortunately there will be a very significant loss beyond the scope of insurance.
B.J. Custom Cabinetry is a full on custom cabinet shop that serves statewide. This incredible loss included the 50 X 80 shop, the higher custom 24'ft trailer for hauling cabinets , all equipment, machinery, tools, and materials including multiple customers' completed custom cabinets. In addition to all of that, the family had just finished their home on the same property and had family pictures, momentos and other items temporarily stored there including the kids dirt bikes, quads, and graduation present, which was new jeep parts.
Those that know the Riggs family , know that they are truly lifelong pillars of our community. They are involved in local schools, church, sports, philanthropy and they are always the first people there to help their family, friends, neighbors, and even complete strangers.
At this time we are asking for your support both financially, and in the form of any tool donations, loaner tools, building space., or clean up help once it is coordinated. We are truly looking for anything to help them get back on their feet! Even prayers are greatly appreciated!
As most of you know, this family would never do GoFundme. However, this is something that we can do as friends and family, for a family that has done so much service for others.
I will keep this page updated and post times and days when help is needed. In the meantime, we ask that you give them a little privacy to digest all that has happened. Thank you in advance for your generosity in any and all forms!
