This is being set up for one of my closests friends and his wife, Jeremy and Jennifer Beckman. They found out just a few months ago that they were expecting their first child. They were overwhelmed with joy over the news. Until, after various routine tests they found out just a couple weeks ago that their baby has Spina Bifida. Which is when the spinal cord doesnt fully develop and leaves it and the nerves exposed. This condition also causes fluid on the brain as well. They were sent down to Stanford for more tests and consultations with many doctors which resulted in one viable option, to have surgery performed while the baby is in utero. The only place that performs the surgery is to the childrens hospital in Houston Texas, and must take place in the next few weeks. After surgery Jennifer will be in the hospital for a week and then is required to remain in Texas until the baby is born sometime in February 2017, so she can be near her team of drs in case of complications. This has left them with only a couple weeks to find housing for her there and the money to pay for it, along with medical expenses, plane tickets etc. All while being able to pay the rent at their current house.  I made this in hopes that people will donate to this cause. They are both hard working people and never ask for help, so Im asking for them. I set the bar at 6k which will help tremendously.
