Johnny & Brianna accident expenses

I am Brianna Kilpatricks mom. She & her boyfriend Johnny Donohue are working in Lopburi, Thailand, teaching english. They were hit on their motorbike 9/30/16. Brianna has scrapes & bruises, but Johnny's leg was broken & he had to have surgery to repair it. They expect he will be down for about 6 months. 
They need to go back to England in about 3 weeks, when he is cleared to travel, to be with his family. We are trying to raise money to pay their travel expenses, as well as medical expenses not covered by insurance. It looks like Johnny will have to fly first class to accomodate his cast. 
Those that know me know I am the last person in the world who asks others for help, but I am asking now.
