Talissa Bazua has been diagnosed with a teratoma (tumor), the clock is running against us. The tumor is covering more than 90% of the thoracic cavity so far; pushing her heart to the right side of her body, collapsing one of her lungs, diverting the trachea and affecting other vital organs.  

The hospital in Mexicali Baja California, where she currently is does not have the necessary elements to perform the major surgery she requires. We, the family, lack the financial resources to have her transfer to a private hospital where they could perform the required surgery.

We beg for your help, the family would be very grateful for any amount you could donate.

Talissa is a recent college graduate; obtaining her Bachelors of Arts degree in “Medios Audio Visuales” from Universidad Autonoma de Baja California (UABC) on December 2015. She is 23 years old, with a full life ahead of her and a family that loves her and wishes she could have the surgery she needs and save her life.

Talissa Bazua ha sido diagnosticada con un teratoma (tumor) el cual está ocupando el 90% de su caja toracica, desplazando su corazon al lado derecho del cuerpo, colapsando su pulmon izquierdo, desviando su traquea y afectando organos y arterias vitales.

El hospital, en Mexicali Baja California, en donde ella se encuentra actualmente internada no cuenta con el equipo medico necesario para realizar la cirugia de la magnitud que se requiere. No contamos con los recursos para transferirla a un hospital privado en donde le pudieran realizar la cirugia.
