Hello! I am Heather, ashlee chears' sister. I am refreshing this gofund me, trying to help my sister and her family get through this anyway that I can. I am especially doing this for the sweetest boy in the whole world, my nephew, Max! It seems as though no matter what steps they take in the legal battle for their son, Max, more and more obstacles come about. It's one of those situations where status' and money get you farther, than the truth, or what's right. Unfortunately she has had the worst luck with attorneys, and she is needing new legal representation. She has found new legal representation that's seems promising she is just lacking funds! My sister and channing are great parents that are loving, guiding and being truly present in their children's lives. My sisters family is supposed to be moving, via Channings job in the military. So now they are trying to prevent the break up of their family. We are trying to prevent max from being separated from his mother, whom he has been with since birth, his stepfather that has been there since he was 3, and his younger brother Brayden!! She is fighting like crazy and trying the best that she can to never let that happen. She is in serious NEED of financial help!! Unfortunately I can not tell you a lot of details in this case. I can tell you if you knew what was happening, you would be absolutely appalled at the judgements that have been made by the  California judicial system, and what the other party has got away with. My sister is fighting everyday for her son. If they were to be split up, it would shatter both of them. Please, if you can please just help anyway that you can, we are begging. My nephews future, safety, and wellbeing are at stake here. My sister has literally done nothing wrong, and she is being treated as though she has done nothing but that. She has taken every step she has supposed to, jumped through their crazy circus hoops, and much much more. Only in hopes that it will keep her son by her side..... thank you all for all of your past and present support. It means so much to the Chears family!
