Hi, my name is Jean and I’m fundraising for Ernie. He is bedridden due to heart failure. He wants to live and needs home care, physical therapy, and nursing care. Our insurance has denied him this help. We now must pay for this care. We have few resources.

update: Ernie has been to the heart hospital in Albuquerque today to have the battery in his defibrillator changed. We are hopeful that his energy will improve.

I also learned that there’s a good possibility our insurance will reinstate him for the home care we had some weeks before they denied him this care. Hope springs eternal.
