Wednesday September 28th we lost a beautiful soul, a wonderful person, and a full hearted man. Jacob was loved by so many and he loved so hard. He was always there for is friends and family no matter what. He was the greatest man I have ever met and I can't imagine my life with out him. We are just asking for some help for the funeral coast and viewings . Thank you all for loving him so much I'm sure he feels us all
