My boyfriend Michael (Sean) Rock was diagnosed with Stage 4 Colon Cancer in the fall of 2012. The cancer has spread to his liver and stomach. As a result, our life changed drastically as Sean has completed numerous cycles of chemotherapy both intraevenously and orally. Sean has also had many ablations to his liver to reduce the growth of cancer in his liver. Additionally, blood clots have now developed in his liver and he is taking a blood thinner to dissolve the clots.
When I met Sean in 2005, Sean was an avid hockey player who volunteered to coach hockey to high school boys at a local recreational center. Sean also loved to ride his motorcycle. Most importantly, at an early age, Sean received a gift from God which blessed him with the ability to communicate and help animals. Prior to his diagnosis, Sean began working as a dog behavorist and helping families who had dogs with behavioral issues. Sean also helped to save the lives of many dogs who had obtained three strikes and were scheduled to be euthanized.
I have been Sean's prime caregiver since his diagnosis. Sean and I continue to journey forward and try to fight this horrible disease. There is holistic treatment available in Mexico that I believe could increase Sean's survival rate. We are also struggling to make ends meet financially. Sean and I would truly appreciate any monetary donation to help us manage his medical bills and the daily cost of living.
Your donation will be greatly appreciated. I cannot thank you enough! May God bless you!
Blessings,
Angie Allyn
