Educate To Elevate

About 4/5 months ago a "Friend " of mine offered to help me with school finances . We set up appointments to meet and i waited around for a few months but nothing happened, He promised and i believed him, mostly just hoping that he would be true to his word. I haven't heard from him since . Then my financial aid person at school said she'd try to get more pell grant for me so that i could pay monthly school tuition.. then she quit working at the school and the new person has no record of what she was doing or how she was doing it to get me "Living expenses " from the pell.... I'm working part time and going to school full time ( money in basically non existent ) .... I received an email from my financial aid person saying that if I don't pay 1,580 (the back pay money that I owe as a result of waiting around for a friends promise and a financial aid workers promise) by the 28th of this month I will be kicked out of school.... I don't know what to do.. my credit is soooo bad I tried every loan possible and got denied.. when I was in early sobriety I fucked it up pretty badly... any advice is helpful
